Congratulations Castle Moat & Folkestone Bowmen on winning, once again, our yearly competition!
It was a great day with lots of cake and laughs and some pretty great scores if i do say so myself (640 Recurve New Western :P)! Thank you to all who came and shot for the club and thank you to everyone from Castle Moat & Folkestone Bowmen who gave us a great competition with some seriously impressive shooting (100 yard longbow, I’d have no chance at that)!
Unfortunately after 3 hours of rain, wind and super sunshine the visiting archers just beat us so next year look out, we’re going to take it!
